Homeart Construction & Real Estate Ltd is the data controller. We process your contact details, property details, photographs and documents to deliver the service you order, and to contact you about it.

What we collect

• Email, postcode and answers to the free check (lawful basis: legitimate interest / pre-contract).
• Photographs, documents and form answers for paid reports (contract).
• Payments are processed by Atoa (Pay by Bank, FCA-authorised); we never see or store your bank login or card details.

Retention

Report files and uploads are kept for 24 months, then deleted. You can ask for deletion earlier at hello@homeartconstruction.co.uk.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your details with other builders or marketing panels. Processors we use: Supabase (hosting and storage, EU), Atoa (payments), Vercel (website), email delivery providers, and AI processing providers under contract for document and image analysis.
