Do I need a report before a quote?+
No, but it helps: with a Plan Check or Damp Check in hand we can quote faster and more accurately, and the report cost is credited.
Who does the work?+
Our own site team with vetted specialist subcontractors for electrics, plumbing and steel. One site manager is your single contact.
How does the 5% guarantee work?+
Send us a written, itemised quote for the same scope and spec. If we take the job, we beat it by 5%. Full terms are on our terms page.
