Home Art Construction & Real Estate Ltd is a London building and development company. On site, we saw the same pattern again and again: a project that should never have been quoted the way it was, a planning route nobody checked, a damp “treatment” that treated the wrong thing.
The Checks are our answer. Planning rules, London cost data and building science, applied to your exact property — and reviewed by people who build for a living. If you want us to build it afterwards, the report fee comes off the price. If you don't, the report is still yours.
