What if you cannot help?+
If we cannot assess your property at the free stage — a listed building, a flat, or outside our area — we refund in full.
What if you are late?+
If we miss the delivery time on a Check, 20% of the fee is credited back automatically. No forms, no chasing.
Is the report fee credited if I build with you?+
Yes. If Home Art Build carries out the work, the full Check fee comes off the build price.
